Every time I want to play my guitar, I have to tune it first. I think this is true for all instruments that are made from natural materials with moving parts. So, can this be true of our physical bodies too?… and I don’t mean the creaking of our joints!
Everything in our natural world emits energetic vibrations. Science confirms that every cell in our physical body emits and responds to light and sound frequencies.
So how can we tune our bodies when we don’t know which frequencies we vibrate at? I am aware of sound therapy where playing a particular note can align the spine without having to touch the misaligned vertebra. However, I think that everyone can do this too, by becoming aware of our thoughts.
There is enough evidence to suggest that thoughts and emotions carry an individual frequency. When we experience emotions such as fear, anxiety and doubt, these are known to vibrate at the lowest frequencies. Emotions such as joy, laughter, and gratitude vibrate at a higher frequency. This suggests that when we experience lower frequency emotions (which correspond to persistent lower thought groups), our body cells also vibrate at that same frequency. Now we have a body that is not in tune for a harmonious concert. So, why are we surprised when we create a chaotic result in the form of physical pain and discomfort?
I have noticed that when I miss my daily practice of exercise, breath work, chanting mantra, walking in nature, finding something that brings laughter and joy everyday, it can easily lower my mood and hence my frequency. Keeping well needs equal discipline as tuning my guitar before playing. The thickened skin on my fingertips, caused by the rubbing on the strings, whilst playing (though painful in the beginning), in the long run also produces beautiful music that brings joy and harmony to my day.
So well put !♥️👌

Anjani that is very intuitive and surely true. We make a choice of how to act and react and making a choice that is positive is always uplifting. Keep in tune always
